From the price range, Highheels (formerly Elite Model) is higher than all these c-orgs, never actually used them since the 350 hhr for Latina and 400 hhr for EE is just too much for me to swallow especially if I am not having a blast. They do however seems to have connections with girls from other agencies and often have them travel to our area (Aiza for example, mostly with Boston International, but often come here as well). She is highly regarded over the other board and Latvian.

I just wish we can have some EE agency here to fill the void Xoc left.

While BBFS at time is available at the K-agencies depending on how is around it seems to me the C-agencies, particularly with the J-girls, will always have one or two providers that offer the option. So for a short visit and removing as much of the YMMV aspects, start there unless it's listed on the site. Plus, the C-agencies do tend to be easier to get into.
