It takes a little time and a few bookings to build up some credibility. Once they see your a repeat person and they value you as a customer then the scheduling opens up. On the flip side once I got to advance bookings, I never miss. So that's important as well, if they give you the slot you want you must keep it. Just give it a little time, maybe 2-3 bookings and then explain your situation and I think you'll get what you need. It does suck in the beginning I get it!

Also this telegram connection is interesting. ID @kk88220. You communicate with them in Chinese and they give you a word document filled with models and tell you to choose.
