I've paid nothing but normal rate there and mostly gotten full hours.

There are girls that may try to get more, I've been close to a provider lately (not at Tokyo) and I am amazed and amused by the rates she gets - 260, 300, 2 girls for 540, even 2 girls for 2 hours for 1200!
