I can only say 1000% positive things about Kelly. Stumbled upon this ad, and was intrigued because their location looks to be in the exact same spot as the legendary 7 Star Spa, which I'm sure a lot of us remember. It closed due to getting too much attention, not just from this board, but because it's in a high traffic shopping mall with lots of other businesses around it.
