Curious what makes you suspect she's a scammer? There's a few telltale signs. Did she ask you where you're based at first? Then tells you she might be visiting (insert whatever city you're in) soon. And just need some cash for her flight?

Just spitballing here but if your gut tells you something's not right, drop her and move on.

When I first messaged Kay, her profile said the location was Baltimore. Between messaging her and getting her reply (in a span of a couple of days, I think), her location changed to Phoenix, then Milwaukee, the back to Phoenix.

When texting the girls, I typically ask them to send me a picture of their left hand in a particular position, as a quick way of them showing me that they are real. She wanted me to send her $5 first. I don't send money, but we agreed on me sending her a Starbucks gift card. Then she sent me a pic of her left hand in the position I had asked.

Finally, when discussing ppm, I offered 500, which is admittedly high (she's a college girl, after all), but she countered with wanting me to send her a $75 gift card from Sephora in advance of the meeting, plus 350 at the meeting. I'll just say that it went downhill from there. I won't be meeting her. I was still curious if anyone here in Phoenix contacted her, though.

I went to the can and she took all the money out of my wallet and my watch case and ran out the door. Didn't have any red flags, everything seemed pretty normal. Never had anything like this happen.

Damn, sorry to hear that. Happened to me long time ago when I first moved to Phoenix. Everything was cool, we did the deed, she asked to use the restroom, not even 2 minutes later I heard the front door closed I'm like WTF? (bathroom was right by the front door) She bolted with my phone and watch! Never expected her to pull some shit like that as the whole session was cool till that point.

Ever since that incident I've been locking my shit up if anyone comes over, only leave cash (in a hiding place) and my burner phone out.
