Yeah that was me. Made the appointment for 11, got there and was told to wait 10 I'm like alright no worries. Then I get called up thinking it was my go and didn't even know I made the appointment with ruby and would have to wait another 20. I think it's less a case of Bible toters and jealous wives, but rather the other businesses in the area. There is a school nearby and a family restaurant in the same complex. They would be the most likely to complain IMHO. I do agree, however, that with all the other crime going on, especially drugs like fentanyl, etc. , businesses like BO are not high on the list when in comes to allocation of limited law enforcement resources.

I agree with you. I think the biggest threat the Massage Parlors face is from neighboring businesses. One other hurdle is from landlords willing to rent to them. I've often wondered if town / city officials pressure the landlords? One thing about 1021 and providence is it's in a immigrant community and fairly well disguised. Very few vanilla citizens would pass by it and know it was there. Jmo.

Went last week, later in the evening. This place has honestly been a complete crapshoot since I first came here years back. I got lucky this time.
