I haven't been to that place in a few years, but I can definitely agree on the room size. I've only been once Someone else reviewed a girl there, that's why I tried it out. If no one is reporting about them, it's hardly likely they would have enough clientele to bring in quality girls. Another source is to check Rubmaps, look at the most recent reports. If you see 3 or more reports on the same girl in one month, there is probably something good going on.
