That is a fair interpretation. And I completely agree that pricing is getting out of hand. For obvious reasons I don't want us slipping into recession (or worse), but a dose of economic reality restricting the supply of mongers with disposable income would be a good mechanic to bring pricing in this hobby back to where it should be.

The world we live in produces that type of instant reaction. I find myself falling prey to it more than I'd like. The local scene is a sesspool of washed up has beens or overpriced addicts that are pricing us out of regular appointments. I find a whole discussion of pricing to be an exercise in futility. I'm convinced that three men can line up a date with the same provider in a given evening and pay three different prices.
