I guess I can speak from the perspective of someone that has yet to do BBFS. For me, I "name my price", as in having a clear understanding of the consequences of the decisions you make in the game. I've had more than my fair share of these experiences, mostly with women I've met out, high-end providers, or in the sugar bowl. Just make sure you have some doxy for the randos.
