By reading the sign in the door that says, busy come back in xx minutes. You may say "I've never seen such a sign". You would be correct. They choose not to do this. They WANT you to come to the door. Blaming some dude because he interrupts the fun is not only mis-assignment of blame, it also assumes facts not in evidence. Namely that the providers do not what to be interrupted. They clearly do.
