Googling seems her 'Home Base" is Modesto.

I did not find any hits in that forum, but perhaps ask there.

I'm not all the way up on the lingo. So what's L1 L2 L3 you can pm me. Also when they say match the house fee that means 60 for 30 minutes 60 for tip correct. Sorry for not being in the know.

Sunrise in Apex / Cary fits the bill. Might be a little too close to your age limit but certainly clean and well priced vs something like a Massage Envy or other pro / legit place. A few of reviews on here confirm no 'hanky-panky".

Place is clean but, for sure, no hanky-panky! If your offered lady is not to your taste, ask for another. Usually two or three are available. Nude allowed but with draping.

Cici is very cute, nice tits, probably early 30's. Speaks almost no English. Between house and tip I dropped almost 2 for a 30 minute dream. The room was very cold, but she got comfortable and started with a slightly better than mediocre massage of my back / neck / shoulders. My hands roamed when she was reachable.
