I'm always surprised that people don't shut up and stay silent. We all watched movies and TV shows. You have the right to remain silent. The am I being detained is the important one because you can walk away if you are not being detained and being questioned. Also never let them come into your house without a warrant even if it is just to talk. Once they are inside they can search anywhere.

The Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office was also requested to file a misdemeanor charge of making an unlawful proposition against another man, who was at the home when the search warrant was executed.

I finally made it back to Indy last week, and with my go to girl behind bars, I had to change things up. Set up a date with Sky at GH.
