Completely forgot to post this and it's about a month old now. Went to see Apple on a late Sat night. Even confirmed closing time and last appt via text. Arrived looking for an hour which there should have still been time for. Was told half was all she could do because they were closing early. Extremely rushed from the very beginning. Terrible experience and nothing close to my previous visits. The fake noises were terrible and she was trying to finish up as fast as possible. I don't think it was her fault, she kept saying the boss was taking her somewhere. I text the shop number with the complaint and never heard back. I know what she is capable of and I really don't think this was her doing but I don't see myself returning. Not worth the risk of that happening again..
