Well, here's the bad news.

1. She is NOT in Ocala. She's in Dunellon.

2. She's not in her own place. She is currently sharing space with her adult daughter in a single-wide.

3. The location is off the beaten trail on a private dirt road. (Cue up dueling bangos).

Now for the minor good news.

1. EXCELLENT comms. (Got back to me in minutes, not hours or days.).

2. Actually writes like she has an education.

3. Very open-minded, and willing to accommodate. (No detailed conversation until in-person.).

For me, it was a no-go once she said she's out in the hinterlands of Dunellon, because as I explained to her, from my door to hers would be a MINIMUM of 90 minutes each way. One reason why I choose to visit near closing time is to avoid what happened last night. There is nothing I disdain more than getting into a great session, only to hear the doorbell, and then my masseuse tell me she has to go up front. On top of that, I found it odd that #1. They were open past 9 PM. Usually, at least over the past year when I have driven by after 8 PM, the place is dark, and the Open sign is off. When I arrived at 8:40 and the sign was still on with NO ONE in the parking lot, I thought I might be in for a great time. #2. To see that much late traffic in Marion County is almost unheard of. This is what I do, 1 hour I go in the room and put a 100 and 2-50's or 5 20's on the table Girl comes is I point to the table. No questions we know why we are here!

I don't like negotiating it turns it into something else. Not as good for me. When I am done if it was worth 2 C notes we are good but if not I will pick some of it back up.
