For what the website says is "Location 1", an address of 16 xx Kalakaua Avenue and a phone number ending in 1676 are provided. A while back I went there and they were short therapists at the Fern Street location. The mama made a call and someone walked over from CC. The therapist said they have another shop in the tower and they move back and forth. Not sure if they still have two shops as this was last year. Might have just been a freelancer.
