As mainly a lap dance consumer, appreciate the info on mutual touch / topless / nude. Because damn is it a shame when one just airdances without taking anything off.

I remember years ago reading complaints about airdancing lap dances. Particularly at Synn. What I saw was that some girls like Diamond gave great dances, while other girls like Kaylani gave bad dances and asked for tips just to touch her boobs. So I took Diamond to VIP and called out Kaylani here. All we can do, so call the girls out. It can be simple like this:

I shared some notes with friends and wanted to check in. Synn COI: I recognize Melanie and Shay on roster. It's been a while, but they were both dtf and easy negotiation. Vee and Kaylani have GPS and are no go.

Girls do change. When I saw Diamond a year later, she was still nice but not the same level of energy and vibe. Better than GPS girls like Kaylani and I had a good enough and cheap time, but not the same. Intel on girls changes over time in that way.

You can do this with clean VIPs but that gets expensive and some dancers expect to be earning big tips when they go in back and won't give a good dance if it's just for the VIP price or a small tip.

For clean dances I always go Spearmint Rhino than Synn. At Synn, some girls will pester you if you aren't there to bang them for tips. But that's also a good thing because you can pick any girl and expect her to. So I pick the club based on my mood. I illustrated that trade-off with Safari:

..at Spearmint Rhino the girls there will tend to give you a solid straight dance without expecting a bang every time. It's a huge difference between the two clubs. I still go Synn because they have a lot more skinny girls.

A lot of the Synn girls are more transactional expecting or demanding action for tip. I wrote how I asked Safari for VIP and she was about to go but then stopped me and asked if I was gonna get anything back there. I said no I just want a dance, and she hopped off of me and said she doesn't do dances. She is normally an escort so she expects it here.

Safari approached me straight after her stage because I sat at the rail and tipped her and interacted with her. I prefer this way because girls are more motivated and it's easy to feel out her Vibe. Including cases like above - I appreciate she was straightforward and honest so we both saved each other time and money.

I remember now. Casey, I wrote a reply to you as FW about Safari in 2023 about tip motivations:

The key here is many girls will approach me after I do this. But I take very few of them to VIP, about 25%. Don't pick a girl just because she's hot. Vibe check her on the floor, make sure she has the right attitude and motivation.

After Safari, I learned not to tell a girl I just want a straight dance in VIP. I always tell the girl I'm still deciding on whatever, which is really the truth. Sometimes if she's hot and I don't want a bang, I might still give her a small tip for this or that. Just a taste. I'll only tell her if I want to bang halfway through the dance after she gets me hard enough and shows me she'll deliver it well. When the Vibe is right, it's like rolling a snowball downhill and watching it get larger. If a girl is just hot but GPS, it's like pushing the snowball uphill and hoping money will make it happen right.

Checking the daily specials, I noticed both SR and Synn websites have changed or removed completely the Thursday VIP specials pricing. Did SR do away with the $140 30 minute VIPs that was available all day and replace it with the $100 VIP pricing that is only available until 6:30? For Synn, I don't see any mention of the Thursday VIP special on the OneGC website at all.

OneGC doesn't list their prices or specials. The only time you'll see a flyer / ad for Synn's Thur special is on the day of in their club's feed.

I think it's on us to just call it out. We tend to let it slide when they don't' take off bottoms in a nude or don't take off their tops. Either mention to the dancer or to management. It'll just keep happening more frequently if nothing is done.

I love me a nude lap dance. I've been going to topless clubs more now cause they give decent dances and often times go topless. Nude clubs I think require too much extra tips now. But then again all lap dances I have had here in SoCal are way better than other areas I've been to in the country.

Anyone see some updates to the OneGC website they have been testing? Apparently they are going to allow dancers from other non-Kim clubs to post profiles and allow public comments directly on dancer pages.

It's distressing to read all of these reports disclosing that classic old style lap dances are an endangered sprecies in COI (perhaps excepting Paradise? My era as a semi-regular SC patron primarily in COI or Tropical Lei ended about 10 years ago. I did have better options including a stream of pleasing gfs, but my disappearance from SCs was primarily involuntary caused by emerging physical problems. I'm trying to get back in but I still have to deal with the disabilities and more importantly, the information that the nice looking girls I see on the Synn site are generally not accommodating for even decent old school "full contact" lap dances without tips or crazy priced rides in the VIP, and I'm not talking about extras, though a good amount of that could be found in routine laps in the past.

When I sat for laps in my SC years the trend was beginning. However, if a dancer was sluggish to disrobe in a club marketing full nude lap dances, I would take the initiative to start undressing her in every case. No words about it spoken, just a gradual transition from caressing her back to unhooking her top. Honestly, I can't remember ever being thwarted by a dancer from helping her to get comfortable. The bulk of the dances took place as advertised. Full nude! But that wouldn't have happened with some of the dancers without my being gently and "sweetly" aggressive. I wasn't grumbling angrily or applying any attitudinal pressure about her failure to meet the standard. So does nobody take the lead with this anymore? Are clubs no longer advertising their private dances as "fully nude"? Reading the posts in sounds like it's just about full acquiescence to the dancer's choice of choreography with few attempts to provide customer input to the situation.

Regarding tipping, I don't have a big problem with a dancer asking for a tip after a 3 for 40 if she's given me a decent dance. I'm aware that the club cut is pretty big. But this kind of tip is an after-the-fact reward for good service. When a dancer asks for money up front to touch she's setting a different price for the dance than what was advertised and that pisses me off. In my experience it's only been a smaller subset of newer dancers that do this.

I hate to say this but maybe it's time for the club to raise the prices of lap dances. Charge $30 per dance but then enforce a higher level of service (e. G. Nude like it used to be). I imagine that part of the decline in lap dance quality is the fact that dancers make so little from them now, between a larger club cut and inflation.

Very true about the lap dance couch areas. For me if there's a new chick I haven't had yet and looks like an another stat. It's good to get her back there and see what other services are offered or worth taking to the VIP. Most will request tips now in the lap area for touching their tits. That's why these boards are useful too because if there's reviews she's down in the VIP. Can skip the whole couch area.
