I usually park in front of the building. Probably not a good idea however for me, less likely to get stolen. I have never had an issue and I have been there many times through the years. Also, I stick to day light hours.

Usually park right in front or across the street. Don't park in from of shop next door.

Could be one of the fake Asian ads where they give you a fake address in the ad, and then redirect you to a motel somewhere else. I'd avoid just to not waste my time and money, and just stick with the ones already reviewed.
