It's distressing to read all of these reports disclosing that classic old style lap dances are an endangered sprecies in COI (perhaps excepting Paradise? My era as a semi-regular SC patron primarily in COI or Tropical Lei ended about 10 years ago. I did have better options including a stream of pleasing gfs, but my disappearance from SCs was primarily involuntary caused by emerging physical problems. I'm trying to get back in but I still have to deal with the disabilities and more importantly, the information that the nice looking girls I see on the Synn site are generally not accommodating for even decent old school "full contact" lap dances without tips or crazy priced rides in the VIP, and I'm not talking about extras, though a good amount of that could be found in routine laps in the past.

When I sat for laps in my SC years the trend was beginning. However, if a dancer was sluggish to disrobe in a club marketing full nude lap dances, I would take the initiative to start undressing her in every case. No words about it spoken, just a gradual transition from caressing her back to unhooking her top. Honestly, I can't remember ever being thwarted by a dancer from helping her to get comfortable. The bulk of the dances took place as advertised. Full nude! But that wouldn't have happened with some of the dancers without my being gently and "sweetly" aggressive. I wasn't grumbling angrily or applying any attitudinal pressure about her failure to meet the standard. So does nobody take the lead with this anymore? Are clubs no longer advertising their private dances as "fully nude"? Reading the posts in sounds like it's just about full acquiescence to the dancer's choice of choreography with few attempts to provide customer input to the situation.

I think it's on us to just call it out. We tend to let it slide when they don't' take off bottoms in a nude or don't take off their tops. Either mention to the dancer or to management. It'll just keep happening more frequently if nothing is done.

You can do this with clean VIPs but that gets expensive and some dancers expect to be earning big tips when they go in back and won't give a good dance if it's just for the VIP price or a small tip.

Regarding tipping, I don't have a big problem with a dancer asking for a tip after a 3 for 40 if she's given me a decent dance. I'm aware that the club cut is pretty big. But this kind of tip is an after-the-fact reward for good service. When a dancer asks for money up front to touch she's setting a different price for the dance than what was advertised and that pisses me off. In my experience it's only been a smaller subset of newer dancers that do this.

I hate to say this but maybe it's time for the club to raise the prices of lap dances. Charge $30 per dance but then enforce a higher level of service (e. G. Nude like it used to be). I imagine that part of the decline in lap dance quality is the fact that dancers make so little from them now, between a larger club cut and inflation.

It's good to get her back there and see what other services are offered or worth taking to the VIP. Most will request tips now in the lap area for touching their tits.
