This one is suspect for me as I received a text and pictures and donation from this one without myself reaching out to her now or previously. Hence I am checking with the community or so the community can know to watch out.

She said her name was Kayla and was getting back to old messages. However, I normally have all old messages and have no history of reaching out to her number. It's not a client list of an escort agency. For all they know some of the guys going through there didn't do anything wrong at all because they put up a front as a massage parlor and not every guy who walks in is going after full service or even close to full service. Most but not all but they have absolutely no proof since there is no camera inside the room which would be the only evidence. All massage parlors only allow you to pay for "extras" with cash so even if you pay the house fee with a credit card that portion is for massage only which shows no evidence of wrong doing.

Right. Getting a massage is 100% legal. Entering or leaving, paying the house fee with a card, etc. Is not incriminating at all. That's why you're there, to get a massage.

What's funny is how some guys act all creepy or leave the parking lot like they've just finished a green flag pit stop. I have frequent business near Moonlight Anna. It's wild how many people tear ass out of that lot and speed away in a manner that very well could be a reason for PD to stop you.

I go off the photos and use common sense where you almost have to discern from if its a trap or not. I prefer girls late 20's to early 30's. On news reports they usually do them at hotels. No. The suspected ads do also use the list from what I've seen. There is one up still from last week that includes activities in the ad.

At least one girl I know that has been picked up says girls should not list any activities or specifics of services in their ad.

So going off having a list or not is not an indicator.

Not a lawyer but as far as I know there is nothing that would prevent them from using nude pics in a post as long as the person is of age. What I would think they would t be able to include is the activities they may enjoy part.

Discussion of services + agreeing to a donation + intent / arriving is all that's needed to make the arrest. There doesn't need to be an actual exchange of funds or a sexual act to take place. If you've already done the above and weren't arrested, likely not LE.
