I think I'm being taken advantage of. I pay the $80 fee for one hour massage upfront then towards the end of the massage I'm asked for a $200 tip. So in totality $280!? Is that right!? You have already gotten some good advice about just handing them the $240 upfront. When she said $200 you could've said "I thought it was $120" and watch how fast she goes down to the true going rate.
