That's the old address of jianKang, which is now at 124 Boston. I guess someone thought they would have the benefit of the walk in customers for the prior tenant. Or maybe by habit going to jiankang's old address.

Scraggy got you the link but she gone to Hawaii for the next month. Saw her this past Friday before she left on Saturday.
