The whole Top Tier is over rated. IMO. It is personal choice. I have went to a supposed Top Tier and turned around and walked out. What some describe as top tier is not IMO. And the "popular" places are not necessarily where the top tier is. I sometimes wonder if some of these reports are shill reports.
