Yes, Jenny is chatty. But it's not bad.

Some have complained that she talks too much. About politics. Of course if you disagree with her position it seems like too much.

In general she talks during the massage portion, then is appropriately quiet during the HE. (The HE is quality. While maybe not the greatest finesse out there, she is dedicated to your satisfaction and works to make sure you leave happy.). Jenny's conversation is pleasant and not overly chatty.
