Jenny St Charles is very much YMMV. There was a time when you might be able to get more than L1, but recent reports suggest that mostly now she is L1 only. Of course that could change if she really likes you or maybe after many visits and she gets to know you. I have not seen her in years though because she is highly unreliable. Often she cancels.
