Back in 2021 I spent a weekend in queens sampling the scene, and TBH I wasn't super impressed with the Latina selection (I've been spoiled in Tijuana), but I did end up at PBS (Pure Bliss I think) and had a wonderful time, although the cost of admission was $300/ h. Pure Bliss is on my regular rotation. I still recommend them. You should look into Bunny Girl Spa not far from PB. Also a great option.

All incall, yes.

In my opinion, Pink Angels and BGS are currently the most reliable. But of course, each provider is different.

If sounds like you like Latinas. I don't know as much about Latinas because I tent to tilt towards Asian, but I agree, seems like there are not that many reliable GFE Latinas in Queens. Can't compete with Tijuana. In the past, Pink Angels had a bunch of famous Latina providers who rotated through, but I don't know if there are any there currently.
