Condoms are not being reused! Man oh man!! For those that don't know as much as others or for those that don't go to these establishments as often as others rest assured that reusing condoms is absolutely not happening (there's a method to hiding and disposing of these items, which is what your seeing). Here we go again...this subject comes up periodically... try to nip it in the bud.

It's a disposal issue they cannot simply flush them or fill up a trash can in the store i.e. new law promotes health department visits, and just common sense to avoid arrest! The girls have systems especially at high volume spas of disposal off site.

Triggering an alarm. When maintenance crews raise the pumps for service they will see the problem is condoms, and report it. Hence the investigation. (FACT)

I've been in land development all my life and set many a liftstations and underground utilities.

I'm the guy up in the seat of the big machine that digs those 30-40 feet deep holes where they will set the massive structures
