Yes! This happened to me yesterday. This thin white guy walks up to my car with the same story. Saying that Haley is his sister and that she was on a sting operation and and went to jail, so now she doesn't take first payment. I have him the money and he told me the room number, went up and no one answered. Then I got to text from the same number saying cops were on the way.
