Oakenshield is correct that they have a shower available for regulars, I've used it occasionally. It's never counted towards my time for me to use it. Time starts when you hit the table in my experience.

Right, no table shower, but they do have a full bathroom with a shower that is available for regulars if needed, and it's very possible to talk one of them into assisting you during your shower.
