I'll try to recap my advice on these topics. First, if you are going to walk for looks it's best to do it at the door. Don't follow the girl or she'll confirm the appointment. In my short monger journey I have left and messaged the booker twice over 3 years. One time they actually offered another that was available and it worked out. I wouldn't do this often of course.
