Had lunch with my buddy today and figured I'd swing by Joy today and see if the same lady as before was working. Called ahead (I personally hate when guys do their "walk-in" and mess up my valuable time on the table) and scheduled an appointment. Showed up on time and met Bella, an attractive younger lady, nicely put together with a great personality to match! I was able to enjoy a very invigorating bodywork session, for the full hour, with "No" interruptions. Hot towel, little bottle of water and a smile on my face and I was out the door headed back home. And just like before, the shop was comfortable and "clean"!

Hit or miss for line up but more concerning is hit and miss service for every good visit I also get a shitty rushed one. So I have taken this place out of my rotation for now which is unfortunate because it's convenient for me. Just can't stand not knowing what kind of service will be received.

I know vivi isn't last I saw her and her attitude sucked.

This place has been hit and miss with me and lately more miss than hit. I've had 2 good l3 hits there but since then nothing past l2 or the attitude sucked or performance was lackluster.
