Am curious as well but I'm leaning towards scam. I did notice that she is running two ads on Tryst--one under Bely for escort and one under Beles for massage. Don't know for sure, but it has the tell tale signs (for me anyway) of a fake. The three very different locations is the first clue. Second one is the Onlyfans link without any other socials posted. In my experience, that's going to be a scam just to get you to sign up and ghost.
