    Saturday afternoon review

Stop by early on Saturday to check out my home away from home. It was pretty dead, just me and a couple other mongers as a matter of fact, they weren't even dancing for the first 20 minutes that I was there due to the lack of patrons. There was maybe four or five girls working including one very large girl which was a sight to be seen. Different flavors were different folks I guess. I got a dance from a tall good looking AA not a whole lot of mileage though and Mr. Johnson didn't seem to want to wake up with her. Got another dance with a full figured brunette who is all tatted up. Again, not a whole lot of mileage but a fun time. Looked very similar to https://www.reddit.com/u/rawrer123/s/palKOmGPlf

What happened to the good old days?

    The good ol Hip Hugger

They will check the I'd if they don't know you and look young. The good ol Hip Hugger. A place where pervs became friends. The days when we came in as a group and had all the girls at the table. Panty give away parties, Halloween parties, carry in lunches. When fun was fun! When old mongers met up, Bobup, Noobie, Indy guy, big bob and others. The owner would show up and hang out. Donnie always there to interject his humor. And plenty of girls.

Last time there, one dancer. Can the world famous hugger make one more come back? It has been up for sale for some time. Don still shows up everyday.

What will happen to the great hugger?

HH barely requires a pulse. I'm sure they'd probably ID you at the bar if you appear on the young side, no one wants that kind of trouble.

I've been a few times in the last month or two. Still some fun to be had but it's very hit or miss. Saw Jordan a few weeks back, I'm not sure if she's knocked up or just getting fat.

The owner has been fully aware of goings on that's what's bringing the business not the overpriced drinks or the ambience.

Formal complaints filed, rumor has it squabbling between a dancer and the day bartender led to the FIRING of several long-time strippers.

Between the owner's age, declining business and the loss of some great girls I hope the hugger can survive.

This is the last club in Kokomo so we don't need bad stuff shutting it down.

But I don't go to a strip club for elegant and classy. "Above and beyond" is exactly what I want. Perhaps the owner shutting that down and his business going down are related.

    Hip Hugger

If the purchase price does not include the trademark on the business, what is to stop the seller from taking the money and opening another Hip Huggers somewhere else in town and suing you for using the name Hip Huggers? Unless you wanted to buy the trademark in a separate transaction I guess but I wouldn't want the real estate without the trademark unless I felt the real estate by itself was worth 2. 2 million which I doubt. If anything, I could see someone buying the trademark and signing a long term lease for the building and just operate as renter and possibly buying the building at the end of the lease.
Owner is up in years and has health issues. He isn't going to open another Hip Hugger. The asking price et al, should be considered a starting point for a negotiation like any real estate deal.
