I saw this one awhile ago and realized I hadn't posted in awhile. Started with good comms that evaporated as soon as I arrived in the parking lot. Kept me waiting for 20-30 minutes. As I was getting ready to leave she finally gave me the room number. I went up and more stalling until we finally got started.
