In my opinion, Pink Angels and BGS are currently the most reliable. But of course, each provider is different.

If sounds like you like Latinas. I don't know as much about Latinas because I tent to tilt towards Asian, but I agree, seems like there are not that many reliable GFE Latinas in Queens. In Queens, I would say definitely head over to Flushing. That's the area with the most options for you. Most but not all will offer BBBJ. Sometimes included, or if not, available for an extra tip.
