Good afternoon fellow mongers!

I'll be down in downtown DC for a few days, without a car. So, I'm hoping you might be abe to provide some ideas on who to try and where to find them. Anyone know any independents near the Old Town / Duke St area?

I'm stuck with the two massage places on Duke st across from the Exxon and they're pretty terrible typically. I'd say 2/10 visits are even worth the 5 minute drive over there.

Some Thai indies are unwilling to negotiate, but Alexa isn't one of those. Of course, much depends on when you're contacting her. If she's had plenty of clients, then obviously she'll be less willing. But, if it's the end of the month (or early days of the new month), and rent / bills are due, you're likely to have better luck.

Here's what's worked for me: I offer $120 for a 60 min massage and tell her that I'll negotiate upgrades in person. If she says yes, great! Then I'll have a few P4 P offers in mind that I'll run by her once I arrive. If she's not receptive (at first) I'll strip down, get on the bed, and say I'm ready for my 120 massage.

From her perspective, massage actually involves more physical work than L2 or L3. So, the longer the massage goes, the more the odds shift in my favor. If I want to throw in a sweetener, I'll offer to massage her for a few minutes, which usually moves smoothly into DATY (if that's your thing). If you're successful in getting her juices flowing, figuratively and literally, her willingness to negotiate should increase even more.
