If a picture won't upload because the file size is too big, generally all you have to do is look at the picture on your phone and screenshot it. If there's black bars on the top and bottom of the screenshot you can crop those out or just zoom into the picture a little bit until they disappear and then screenshot it. Then just upload the screenshot. Alternatively there's like a hundred free image compressors online. And if you feel you need to make the girl anonymous you can do that in your phone's gallery by using the drawing function and coloring over her face. That way your pictures won't seem like looking at a girl's ass through a peep hole.
