So, this is an interesting question to discuss and I'll offer up my experiences so far. First, I'm only on SDM, not any of the other sites. I've subscribed for a month or two, let it expire and then renewed again in a month, so there are gaps and during these gaps without a subscription you can't message anyone. In addition, I've accepted matches with some SB's in San Diego, but let those conversations fade when it just doesn't seem feasible to meet up, since I live near DTLA. Also there are a few SB's who had "Los Angeles' as their area and then I find out they're in Redlands or Stockton and I'm just not interested in driving that far out, no matter how cute she might be.

At this point, I've had in-person meetings with six SB's, some starting with M&G's before moving on to more private activities. Five of the six I've seen on a semi-regular basis, per week or every other week.
