So, if I were DJ I would:

1. Pay for the license. It is a tax write off anyway.

2. Keep the windows unobstructed, but I would install patient curtains similar to hospital beds around the massage tables. (Windows are clear, but no one can see anything thru the window).

3. Use altered names for patrons. Example Bob instead of Robert, Richard rather than Dick, Craig rather than Greg, Or just use fake names.

4. Follow dress code (what happens behind the patient curtains, no one will know).

Do you know what the new regulations are now? I wish the city would focus on bigger things that body rub establishments. There are far more dangers in our city that need addressing than whatever happens behind closed doors between two adults.
