Anyone can rate girls how they want. It is not a replacement for LASER or PLEASER, it is just up to preference.

It would bore people to explain the whys, but the end result is bookable girls among korgs and thai orgs are roughly distributed like this:

4% S-Tier, 12% A-Tier, 20% B-Tier, 24% C-Tier, 24% D-Tier, 12% E-Tier, 4% F-Tier.

C-Tier is just above average, D-Tier is just below average. It is bell-curved, and the rough spacing in hotness between the top of A-Tier to the bottom of A-Tier is roughly the same as the top of B-Tier to the bottom of B-Tier. That's why it has to be bell-curved. This scale is for bookable girls. If you rate kpop idols you typically get S-Tier through B-Tier. Predictably, the B-Tier girls tend to be the best singers while many of the S-Tier girls can't. But sometimes there is a unicorn kgirl who can do both, just like kgirls who have both looks and service.

I don't freely assign Tier ratings. Rather, I rank girls from hottest to least hottest. So when I meet a new kgirl, I insert her in the right spot on the list after comparing her thoroughly with several girls. I've done that with kgirls 15 years. I will then cut off benchmarks of roughly even spacing. The end result is the top 4% is one block that I call S-Tier. It's as simple as that. I used to blind toftt girls 100% of the time, so I had a complete list from S through F. But in recent years, I almost always see girls based on intel or reliable clues. When I use intel, I get S through B often. But sometimes I still blind toftt and I get C and D all the time.

To be clear, I rate by "looks only" since service is very ymmv. Other people are usually grading looks + service combined. I do hear about and get warned about E and F Tier looks girls - it's pretty clear cut - so you can infer they still exist. However, F and to some extent E gets weeded out from korgs fast. Sometimes 2-5 days as people give booker feedback. Below a certain level, it doesn't matter how good their service is. There are many C and D looks girls who are high service MILFs, girls with S through B service. They deserve to stay, but they're just not for me. They make a ton of guys very happy, so one reason I rate by "looks only" is so guys who want looks get looks and guys who want service can get service.

No one has to use this system, but it does allow people to compare notes. There are a few reviewers like Boner where we realize we have very similar taste, since our ratings are 80% the same. Which is amazing since I made my list without even knowing his ratings. 95% of people aren't going to rate girls the same as Boner, though HYA Hunters won't be very far off. C and D Tier girls are often worth seeing

The Tiers are just the ranking system Download X used. In video games too S is higher than A which is higher than B etc etc. I only Do S, A, B, and other. Because as I mentioned anything under B to me I wouldn't even think about repeating.

I also forgot I have tried out BRC Rookie. She falls under other for me as well when it comes to looks.
