Looks like a nice rating system yet a search did not show me the page where they are defined. Is this "tier" system a replacement of the LASER? Posting the location for the explanation of tiers would be helpful.

The Tiers are just the ranking system Download X used. In video games too S is higher than A which is higher than B etc etc. I only Do S, A, B, and other. Because as I mentioned anything under B to me I wouldn't even think about repeating.

I also forgot I have tried out BRC Rookie. She falls under other for me as well when it comes to looks.
