Can confirm Rainbow has DD+ enhancements. Massive and very fake (but I don't mind that), similar to Momo from Candy. Had a great time playing with them. Stopped by Saturday on the way to Hillsburrito. Average Chinese lady answered the door. She was fully dressed in black scrubs and not in the most inviting way. That was my vibe.
