I did reach out today and I have to say the whole conversation was odd. Immediately asks if I'm affiliated and then goes into "what exactly do you want daddy" followed up by "tell me in detail what you need" for me a huge no and I ended our conversation. A few minutes and she sends me another message and a very revealing photo (always a good thing) and the began to quote donations.

Someone who is recently affiliated with LEO and on their radar for any reason sending messages listing what they will provide for money and having you confirm is about the biggest red flag I could imagine. On the one hand I wouldn't expect LEO to be that stupid to spell it out but on the other I wouldn't expect anyone to be naive enough to think it's legit. I have no interest in seeing her but these messages sound like a setup and hopefully people think through it. Usually when I see someone for the first time there is some discussion on service but we both keep the aspect of donation and what the donation is for ambiguous. When you are confirming exactly what the money is for you are setting yourself up to pay for illegal services. Legally you pay for time. How you spend it is between client and provider and doesn't need a text confirmation.

You're probably right about the first part, entrapment would require coercion or threat. Not just "And you're going to say yes. ".

I also agree that anyone with a recent booking is potentially a red flag.

But I'd argue that (saying you're paying for time) is not going to be a defense, because the context of the entire interaction implies what you're actually asking for. Just my opinion. Not a lawyer.

When I read the interaction you described, I thought, "That totally sounds like her. " LOL. In my experience with her, she was fun, chill, smart, and cute. Also FWIW, the text you quoted from her would seem to guarantee she is not working with LEO. Speculating, I am not a lawyer, but that text you quoted is almost the exact opposite of what LEO needs for a solicitation charge. If a provider says they will do X activities for X amount of money, and they instruct you to say "Yes," there is almost no basis for charges against the client.

Take that all with a fat grain of salt, of course. We're all just making this up as we go along.

I would avoid Nevaeh at all cost. Made an appointment with her this evening. She had me send a photo of the lobby before giving me her room #. Made me wait a hh.
