Went out today, before the rain.

If the LA (yes Los Angeles, not Louisiana!) track was in an area like Trop where there were nice hotels minutes away, I'd be there every weekend but the closest decent monger hotels are too far to pick up a SW and take her to your room. The motels there are shitholes and dangerous. After my experience here in Vegas last week, the next morning I called my buddy and told him we need to go to Tijuana, heading there next week. Vegas is dead right now compared to other cities. Prices are too high and there is no consistency at all. If you go to LA, you are guaranteed that the tracks will be full at night and decent in the daytime too. How many times have you been on the street here and find nothing at night? When I moved here 11 years ago it was fantastic! It took me less than 20 minutes to find one on Trop or BH. Even in the daytime it was great.
