Yes. 10 credits to start messaging, more to unlock read receipts per conversation, credits to unlock "secret questions", credits to see secret photos. You get the idea.

As of now it's a gamble. You'll respond to messages and never hear back but 1 out of 50 messages you'll get someone to respond to you.

It is all over the board. The hotter and more 'in demand' the more $$$ obviously. But it also depends the guy. Obviously the better looking and the closer the guy is to someone they might actually date for free, the lower. But I would say low end 200. High end 400. But average for me probably 250-300.
