That's has to be new, like them more aggressively blocking VPN. I've never known I was blocked by another user unless I clicked on their profile or the DM they sent me. It sounds like they finally instituted automatic block-back, too.

I can still see the message they sent me even tho they are banned. Under the message, it says they blocked me and I blocked them with the same time stamp. Forgot to mention, the person also included their phone number in the message.
