Sounds to me like the "CFG" (Chinese Fuckery Group) in the greater Seattle area. I personally would never contact an org like this unless they had consistent positive reviews. I don't know of any in Whatcom or Skagit. So I stick to the AMP scene while here.

I've definitely noticed quite varied experiences here, even from the same provider. Can be very hit and miss. Jessica definitely did vie for more money, but my negotiations weren't bad. Drew Ava my last time there. Massage was kinda meh, mostly elbows. Much to my surprise things worked to junior without any negotiation and I got lots of action with mild PM while still face down. After several minutes I flipped over. Out came LOTS more oil. No rush at all and all OTC was allowed with some under bra action. After the cleanup I got another 20 minutes face and scalp massage. Paid for 30 min (. 5) and was there over an hour. Tipped. 8 afterwards and she seemed genuinely grateful. Never had a hard sell there. But as I said earlier the sales tact varies a lot.

Stopped my Blue Moon. Was met by a lady who was kind of average looking. She didn't look Asian to me, more middle eastern, but later spoke to the other provider in Chinese.
