It's cheaper in other countries because the value of the dollar is greater. Why do you think they all come here to work? If they made the same amount of money they wouldn't leave their country. And most of them have their visas so the administration is fine with it. Plus they are mostly targeting Hispanics.

I've been an expat for a long time, the value of the dollar is nowhere near what it was. I don't care where you go it's down over 10% in trading.

I had to enroll the services of a nationally acclaimed real estate lawyer and it was $500/ h. But then, that was his rate 10+ years ago. I am sure he also charges more now. .

Also, 10-15 yrs ago, you could find attractive providers in Atlanta at $80 for hhr. BBBJ was standard, and BBFS also.
