Can't guarantee BJ but sunny on Halsted should get you something. Try laying down 120 tip before she comes back in and see what happens. You could probably also walk to grand spa or west river spa or princess Thai all just a little bit farther. I don't think there's any in the loop proper except one or two you never hear about. And the famous SXL is south loop probably half hour walk for you.
