You could say AMPs are the nail that sticks out, and screening and discretion are built-in to korgs. In many States, korgs use common sense and don't bother the neighbors, so nobody cares. This varies State to State, so it is trial and error. A few States only prioritize streetwalkers and shops operating in the open. Which makes sense. When no one complains, it's not a problem.
