Offer to pay for an Uber (they will say they feel unsafe and / or they prefer to drive); offer to pay their gas when you meet (they will say they don't have $ to fill the tank); offer to meet them at a public place within a 5 min walk of where they are located (they will come up with another lame excuse); and finally realize you are talking with a scammer, report and move on!
